BASIC IN-UNIVERSE INFORMATION

  • Every copyrighted/trademarked character(with the exception of those under the public domain) goes under a false identity and/or form, obscuring them from the mainstream world.(unless a symbol of acceptance from their creator/company is displayed) However, characters can be recognized from certain characteristics/references.

  • If two versions of a character exist in continuity the more modern version prevails

Ex: TMNT characters in the classic movies (1,2,3) would exist as their own entities in relation to more modern iterations of the turtles

EXCEPTION: If two versions of characters are shown in the same show, both exist separately

  • Humans from our dimension are unable to access the Toonverse

  • Essentially, all things animated regardless of their animation style, media or quality exists within the ToonVerse.

THE TOONVERSE

The ToonVerse, the centerpiece of Project Animatis. Here, all toons can exist together without worrying about greedy owners or territorial corporations. In this dimension, anything is possible, as there are no limits as to how powerful or how perfect a toon could be. While there are an infinite amount of worlds within the ToonVerse, Project Animatis is based in the main world of the ToonVerse: Moria. Serving as the place where toons across all forms of media meet, Moria is the planet most toons live on, serving as both a haven and a home for all toon kind. Here are some key facts about Moria.

   1. Half of the planet is dedicated to nature.

-This is to prevent any environmental disasters from taking place

   2. The laws of physics do not always apply to Moria

-While most toons comply with the laws of physics, some(such as dragons) don't.

    3. Moria has the same gravity as Earth

-Despite being larger, Moria has the exact same gravity as Earth.

    4. Moria has seven moons

-As a planet, Moria has seven moons, each orbiting at different speeds and appearing at different times of day.
