TOON/AGENT RULES & POLICIES

These are rules and guidelines regarding toons, false identities, and agents within the ToonVerse

    1. Every character that is under the ownership of a company or creator outside of the Project Animatis community(with the exception of those under the public domain or under one of three levels of acceptance) must go under a false identity and/or form, obscuring them from the mainstream world.

        - This is because companies and corporations will recapture their toons if they are recognizable in any Project Animatis or ToonVerse media.

        - Characters are to be recognized from certain characteristics/ in media references. Examples include: catchphrases, color scheme, physical features, skills etc.

   2. Toons recognizable by physical appearance must go under a different form.

        - Examples of these include the TMNT, FNAF animatronics, Mickey Mouse etc.

   3. There can be only one version of a toon within the ToonVerse.

       - An exception to this policy is if the company/creator producing the toon, created alternate universes and or multiple versions of the toon in question. In this instance, each version would exist separately(Ex: the turtles from ROTTMNT, TMNT 2012, and the TMNT modern movies would all be separate toons)

       - However, if multiple versions of a toon exist within the same continuity, the modern version prevails.

   4. All toons can be used by anyone within the Project Animatis community(with the exception regarding to commercialized use).

        - No toon shall ever be deemed too powerful for the ToonVerse

        - The ToonVerse was built in a way to where any character, regardless of how powerful they are can exist, end of story.

   5. ToonVerse Canon Lifestyles, or TCL’s will never affect a toon’s storyline within their

respective universe, unless the creator behind the toon chooses to let it.

   6. Toons cannot be stereotypes of any ethnic group, and must comply with the following criteria.

        - Toons cannot be the following:

           - Depictions of racist figures

           - Offensive to any groups(ethnic, religious, etc.)

           - Oversexualized(unless disclosed as mature in description)

           - Heavy swearers(unless disclosed as mature in description)

           - Over the top gory/violent(unless disclosed as mature in description, exceptions to this include those who use violence as a form of slapstick humor(Ex: Looney Tunes & Tom & Jerry))

   7. Only toons with acceptance levels 2 or higher can be agents

-This is in case one decided to monetize or commercialize a certain mission or set or missions.

   8. All toons are allowed to be used in Tales
