This element's base form is a crystal. When it is formed into a ring and vibrated, it will open a portal in its center that will transport you to another ring that is vibrating at the same frequency. If no other ring is vibrating at the same frequency, then nothing can enter the portal. This material is used for instant transportation in the ToonVerse.
