Also known as Neko Flu, the KFV is often transmitted by flower nectars and pollinators. In 1971, a Neko Flu pandemic swept across Moria, as one woman discovered an odd quirk in the virus' function, its ability to render its hosts powerless against its masters. Those infected with the virus, tend to lose all hostility against the person controlling the virus, oftentimes resulting in the master of the virus controlling the infected person. While not necessarily contagious, it can be airborne in the spring and summer months as wind tends to pick up infected pollen particles from flowers. Symptoms of KFV include hyperactivity, cravings for fish, shorter attention spans and laziness.
