SYMBOLS OF ACCEPTANCE

As an offering of truce and/or desire to join Project: Animatis, creators and companies alike may show one of three symbols of acceptance. Each symbol corresponds to different levels of freedom and participation creators will have within Project Animatis and the ToonVerse. By displaying these symbols, they agree to join the project in a collaborative and open manner.  Do note that mentioning of the ToonVerse and Project Animatis is allowed in respective forms of media, so long as proper attribution is given.

LEVEL 1 ACCEPTANCE: THE BUTTERFLY

Level one, also known as the Butterfly Level, is the most simple of the three levels of acceptance, as it allows the toon in question to exist without the need for a false identity.  In this level of acceptance, the following permissions are granted. 

  • The toon can exist within the ToonVerse without needing a false identity/form. 

  • The said toon can be mentioned/used in Project Animatis Tales. However, they are unable to become agents of Project Animatis.

LEVEL 2 ACCEPTANCE: THE INFINITY HEART

Level two acceptance is the middle range of the three levels of acceptance, allowing more freedom than the Butterfly Level, but less than the Angel Level.  

Level 2 granted permissions include the following: 

  • The toon can exist within the ToonVerse without needing a false identity/form. 

  • The toon can be an agent in Project Animatis, participating in certain missions 

  • The toon may also be used in different forms of Project Animatis media(excluding those created for official use), so long as both creative parties agree to it. 

LEVEL 3 ACCEPTANCE: THE ANGEL 

As the highest level of acceptance, the Angel Level encourages active collaboration between creator and fan. In this level of clearance, truly anything is possible as you are granting your character a life in a world outside of their own. The following permissions are granted in Level 3. 

  • The toon can exist within the ToonVerse without needing a false identity/form. 

  • The toon is allowed to be used in all forms of Project Animatis media

  • The toon is allowed to live a canon life( or TCL) within the ToonVerse and Project Animatis

  • Community members are given the right to request for collaborations and relationships between two toons
